As a financial services representative, I developed problem-solving and customer service skills by responding to customer inquiries proactively. I have learned how to best serve customers and demonstrate patience when interacting with difficult clients. I also became proficient in analyzing customer data and utilizing work computer systems, including Microsoft Office. I thrived working in a fast-paced and stressful office environment, which allows me to fit into almost any situation with my experience and skills.
